All fees paid to Thirumalai Educations for career guidance, counselling, and admission support services are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in a written agreement with the client.
If you wish to cancel an upcoming consultation or college tour, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking amount.
In the rare event that Thirumalai Educations is unable to provide the services mutually agreed upon, a full or partial refund will be issued at the discretion of the management. College fees (application fees, tuition fees) paid directly to the college are subject to the college's own refund policies.
